We treat the dysfunctions/impairments you may have, wherever they may be and however they relate to your problems. This approach allows for successful outcomes.

On your first visit to our office you will be welcomed as a member of our family. You will be asked to fill out our pre-visit forms. We prefer that you simple download the pre-visit forms by clicking on the links listed below. You can print them on your home computer and fill out the forms in the privacy of your own home, then bring them with you for your first visit along with your prescription and insurance ID card. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows access to the problem areas.

Examination

You will be asked some specific questions regarding your condition to determine the best plan of care for you. Nothing will be done in our office without your consent. After a thorough consultation and examination, the valuable information gained will be used and explained to you so that you have a better understanding of your condition. If necessary, we can contact your physician office for additional information. We will send a treatment plan to your referring physician immediately explaining our findings and plan of care.
